HR & Digital Expert
Lidwien started her career in public administration, working for several government HR departments. Her focus was on Learning & Development and coaching managers. After successfully implementing an online learning platform, she decided to further specialize in HR tools and digital processes.
She has since delivered successful implementations in online learning environments, HR admin tools, Track & Trace software, project management systems, employee satisfaction surveys, and social media management.

Jo Hugaerts
IT Expert
With an economic background, Jo built experience in national and international companies such as Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. After various IT roles, he went on to start his own businesses, which he later consolidated in 2009.
This entrepreneurial journey gave Jo a deep understanding of business management, challenges, and opportunities—insights he now applies to every consulting engagement.
